Artist statement

I love that photography can reveal a unique view of our world. Water features tiny water sculptures created, illuminated for an instant by a powerful burst of light, and then disappearing, all within a tenth of a millisecond.

The action takes place within a space as large as your thumb. Electronically-controlled water pumps enable the water to be crafted into precise shapes.
